10150 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing all users' use of the 10150 platform in Malaysia. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 10150 platform via our website or mobile application, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 10150 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 10150 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where the use of such platforms is legally permitted. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
To access the full range of 10150 services, you are required to register an account with accurate, current, and complete information — including your full name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and an active email address. Each user is permitted only one account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 10150 will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless proven otherwise.
Identity Verification
10150 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts. Required documents may include a copy of your identification card or other official documents. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary account suspension.
User Conduct
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, harassment of other users, or any attempt to manipulate the platform's systems. 10150 reserves the right to investigate and take action against accounts suspected of breaching these rules.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 10150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them.
Accepted Deposit Methods
10150 accepts deposits via supported local Malaysian payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, approved e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and manual bank transfers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and will be displayed during the deposit process.
All deposits are subject to verification, and 10150 reserves the right to decline any deposit that does not meet platform requirements.
Withdrawals & Limits
Winnings will be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to compliance with platform requirements. Processing times vary by payment method — e-wallets are generally faster than bank transfers.
10150 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until identity verification is completed or where suspicious account activity is detected. Any charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the user's responsibility.
4. Liability Limits & Account Policies
This section outlines the limitations of 10150's liability and the circumstances under which a user's account may be suspended or closed.
Platform Liability Limits
10150 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including anticipated loss of profit, service disruptions due to technical maintenance, third-party internet connection failures, or actions by unauthorised parties that bypass reasonable security measures. In all cases, 10150's maximum liability is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
10150 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, attempts to exploit the betting system, multiple account registrations, or any breach of the terms set out herein. Accounts suspended pending verification will be reinstated once verification is successfully completed. Any legitimate balance in a closed account will be processed for return upon conclusion of the investigation.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 10150 platform — including logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 10150 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 10150.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 10150 platform may engage third-party service providers to process payments, deliver games, or support other technical functions. 10150 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or actions of such third parties. Any issues arising from third-party services should be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
10150 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms periodically. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
6. Platform Usage Rules & Additional Information
All 10150 platform users must comply with the following usage rules to ensure a safe and fair experience for everyone.
- Use of automated software is prohibited — the use of bots, automated scripts, third-party software, or any tool designed to exploit the betting or gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
- One account per device — 10150 monitors device and IP activity to detect duplicate accounts. Users operating multiple accounts from the same device or internet connection may be subject to enforcement action.
- Information provided must be accurate — users who provide false information during registration or the verification process may forfeit their account balance and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Use of illicit funds is prohibited — 10150 is committed to complying with Malaysia's anti-money laundering laws. Any activity suspected of involving illicit funds will be reported to the relevant authorities.
